I mean no offense, but the chances of somebody who is playing one of your songs going to your news section to look up if you are cool with them using your work is practically zero.
There is this little box labeled "Licensing Terms" on every single Audio Portal submission. You can change what it says in your submissions' settings. You only get the choice of different pre-written texts, but they are all written in a way that the satisfy certain legal conditions. (Right now it reads "Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.", which most will interpret as "I'd like royalties".)

The only song that I have that has this is Tachycardia. The other songs have the most lenient setting I could use, being "Artists and developers may freely use this for their web-based games and movies."
